Spain has raised €4.13 billion through a bond issue, The Wall Street Journal reports. The government sold three-year bonds offering a 3.57% interest.

The country had targeted to sell bonds worth about €3.5-4.5 billion, adds Reuters. The bonds bid-to-cover ratio was 1.8 with bids taken by the Treasury worth about €7.4 billion.
