Italian private pension scheme, Cometa, will restructure its board after its Chairman, Fabio Ortolani, leaves for new commitments, IPE reports. After the election of the new board, representatives will hold the Chairman’s seat from the unions, while Confindustria will name the vice-chairman. The scheme had boosted its assets under management to around €6 billion under Ortolani. He has joined Associazione Generale Cooperative Italiane to manage its relationship with the three other cooperatives’ employees’ pension schemes.
