The Irish property market is not expected to recover in 2011, according to a survey of by the Professional Insurance Brokers Association. The survey found that more than 95% of those polled expected the market to either decline or remain static over the next 12 months, with nearly 60% of brokers doubting the latest bailout of Irish banks will have any impact on lending practices.
