Corestate Group has bought a portfolio of 153 residential assets in the Rhine Ruhr region of Germany in a joint venture partnership. The Swiss private equity investor’s new portfolio is valued at around €85 million. An undisclosed German lender provided the financing on competitive terms for the portfolio. The Zug-based firm’s asset management strategy comprises an investment and capital expenditure program.
