Marshall Funds has rolled out a new small-cap value fund. The Marshall Small-Cap Value Fund will invest in value-oriented common stocks similar in size to those within the Russell 2000 Value Index. The vehicle will be managed by Matthew Fahey, senior vice president, portfolio manager and director of equities of M&I Investment Management, while Gregory Dirkse and Brian Janowski will co-manage the fund. The fund offers two shares investor class and institutional class shares.
