A wholly owned subsidiary of RealPage has completed the acquisition of vendor risk management provider, Compliance Depot. The Carrollton-based on-demand software and software-enabled services provider has not disclosed the financial details of the transaction.

As a part of the deal, RealPage is expecting the existing management of Compliance Depot to remain with the business. Based in Plano, Texas, Compliance Depot helps property owners reduce exposure to litigation, uninsured losses, and compliance with federal law, the potential for fraud and abuse and reputational damage caused by suppliers.
