Clairvest Group has completed the final closing of its fourth private equity fund at $467 million. The Clairvest Equity Partners IV has been closed with a committed capital that is 17% above the $400 million target. Clairvest increased its commitment to the fund by $25 million, investing a total of $125 million. NovaFund Advisors served as the Canadian private equity firm’s placement agent outside of Canada.
