C&C Energia is seeking to acquire certain oil and gas properties of Ramshorn International in Colombia. The independent oil and gas company is planning to acquire Ramshorn’s 70% stake in the oil-rich basin. The transaction is expected to close in late April this year. C&C owns a 30% interest in the Cachicamo block in central Llanos Basin, Colombia. It has entered a $100 million bought deal agreement with a syndicate of underwriters to finance the acquisition.
