The Office Bureau of Asset Management of the New York City Comptroller has appointed Rafique DeCastro, Pensions & Investments reports. He will serve as investment officer of private equity.

DeCastro will be responsible for performing private equity fund due diligence, portfolio construction and its monitoring. Prior to this, DeCastro has worked at Credit Suisse Customized Fund Investment Group.
