Belgium’s Debt Agency has raised about €2.643 billion from a Treasury Certificate auction, The Wall Street Journal reports. The agency had targeted to sell between €2.3-3 billion of the treasury bills. The treasury certificates were sold in two tranches, the three-month bill with 0.661% average yield and the six-month with average 0.722% yield. The yields on Belgian treasury bills have fallen from 0.884% at the last auction in December 2010, adds Reuters.
