The pension fund of Evangelical Lutheran Church of Finland is seeking to boost its exposure to private equity and real estate in 2011, IPE reports. At present, the Finnish church fund’s €950 million portfolio is invested 43% in bonds, 45% in equities, 10% in real estate and 2% in private equity.

Additional exposure in both, private equity and real estate, will come in the form of European property funds, which will include Finland. In the beginning of 2009, the fund had increased its exposure to equities from 42% to 45%.
