Light Street is turning up the heat on Zendesk.

The Tiger Grandcub, which launched an unlikely activist campaign against the software company in late August, fired off another letter to the company’s board of directors on Monday, emphasizing that it is “extremely disappointing” that Zendesk “failed to engage” with the hedge fund firm over its earlier alternative proposal to the company’s plan to merge with two private equity firms.
