D.E. Shaw has launched a new fund.
The multistrategy and macro specialist has raised at least $162 million for D.E. Shaw Lithic International Fund, the offshore feeder fund of D.E. Shaw Lithic Fund, according to a regulatory filing.
The filing classifies the new fund as a hedge fund.
