Tiger Global Sets Plans for Another Private Fund

The Tiger Cub is looking to raise $10 billion for a new fund after raising nearly $8 billion earlier in the year.

Tiger Global Management confirmed it is raising money for a new private equity fund.

The Tiger Cub said it is seeking to raise at least $10 billion for Private Investment Partners XV, including “an expected commitment” of $1 billion “from the Tiger Global team,” according to a second quarter letter for the firm’s public funds obtained by Institutional Investor.
