A Former Hedge Fund Manager Is Going on a SPAC Fundraising Spree

Ex-Senator co-founder Alexander Klabin and his SPAC co-chairman Spencer Rascoff have filed plans to raise money for two blank-check companies in the last week.

A former hedge fund manager and startup founder have filed plans to launch two separate blank check companies in just over a week.

The filings come just four months after the duo — Senator Investment Group co-founder Alexander Klabin and former Zillow CEO Spencer Rascoff — took their first special purpose acquisition company public in October.
