Larry Robbins’ Glenview Capital Partners staged a major rally in the last two months of the year, an abrupt reversal of fortune that helped the fund finish 2020 with a gain.

The firm’s flagship long-short equity fund surged 12.71 percent in December, extending its two-month gain to more than 31 percent, according to an investor.
