Boaz Weinstein’s Saba Launches Two New Funds

One is a securitization product, while the other invests in capital structure arbitrage.

Boaz Weinstein’s Saba Capital Management rolled out two new funds at the beginning of the year, according to an investor in the firm’s funds.

Saba, known for seeking relative value opportunities across the capital structures of public and private companies, has raised about $225 million for one of the funds, Saba Capital CFO, and another $200 million for the other, Saba Capital CSA Fund, according to the investor.
