Another chief investment officer is leaving Viking Global Investors.
Ben Jacobs, who serves as co-CIO with Ning Jin, is departing after spending ten years with the hedge fund firm co-founded by Tiger Cub O. Andreas Halvorsen, according to a letter sent to clients and read to Institutional Investor by a person familiar with the matter.
