Voce Capital Management has launched a new proxy fight.

While the firm — founded in 2011 by J. Daniel Plants — is not a household name, it is familiar to a number of previous targets.

On Monday Voce nominated four individuals to the board of directors of Argo Group International Holdings, a specialty insurance and reinsurance company, according to a letter the hedge fund firm fired off to shareholders.
