Third Point Plans Onshore Version of Its Levered Fund

Third Point is planning to launch a U.S. onshore version of its existing levered fund.

In its second-quarter letter to clients, the firm headed by Dan Loeb said the fund will be available for qualified U.S. investors “in the near-term.”

It did not identify the fund by name.
