Barry Rosenstein’s JANA Partners is apparently back on track.
The activist investor capped a very strong second quarter with a 1.6 percent gain in its flagship fund. Altogether, it was up around 7 percent for the quarter and 4.5 percent for the year, according to a monthly report sent to clients.
