Arpad (Arki) Busson loves clowns. In 1993 the founder of fund-of-funds manager EIM Group and two friends set up the Switzerland-based Theodora Foundation to send clowns to visit hospitals and entertain children. Last year the program, which employs 130 clowns, reached approximately 22,000 children in 90 hospitals in nine countries from South Africa to Ukraine.
