After a student takes his own life, Marc Mazur works to focus on mental health issues on campus.

In the summer of 1998, Jed Satow, a sophomore at the University of Arizona, joined Goldman, Sachs & Co.'s summer analysts program. Marc Mazur, a Satow family friend and a consultant for then-CEO Jon Corzine, helped arrange his placement. Jed had a great summer experience, says Mazur, which is why it came as such a shock when the 20-year-old college student took his life the following December.
