Philip Falcone of Harbinger Capital Partners is making big changes to his family’s $49 million Upper East Side mansion.
Falcone and his wife, Lisa Marie, bought the property from Penthouse publisher Bob Guccione in 2008 and have been living nearby while the 25,726-square-foot estate is renovated.
