Credit Suisse Cuts Price Target on Jana’s Latest Investment

The New York hedge fund has taken a big stake in Oil Services International, but Credit Suisse thinks the energy company’s earnings growth is cooling off.

Barry Rosenstein’s Jana Partners has zeroed in on a new target.

The New York–based activist hedge fund firm disclosed it owns about five million shares, or 9.1 percent, of Oil States International, an oil services company. In a 13D filing Jana says it deems the shares to be undervalued and an attractive investment.
