The end of Steven Cohen’s SAC Capital Advisors has sent hordes of hedge fund talent out into the world, so it’s inevitable that we’ll be hearing about SAC refugees doing big things. Just this week, three are in the news. Thomas Conheeney, who had been president of SAC and of Point72, the private investment firm that Cohen set up as a successor, has announced that he plans to step down at the end of the year.
