Philippe Laffont, the 47-year-old founder of Coatue Management, is a Tiger Cub through and through. He was a research analyst at Tiger Management in the 1990s, where he honed his skills as a talented stock-picker and manager of long-short equity funds, and continues to capitalize off of those strategies fifteen years later.
