Multistrategy hedge fund giant Och-Ziff Capital Management Group has seemingly taken several baby steps toward finally putting its bribery scandal behind it.

Its flagship hedge fund, OZ Master Fund, tacked on another 1.11 percent gain in August, boosting its return for the year to 9.93
