Introducing the Institutional Investor Hedge Fund Rising Stars of 2018

A former Lone Pine partner and an investment officer for the Teachers’ Retirement System of the State of Illinois are among this year’s crop of hedge fund up-and-comers.

Institutional Investor, along with its sister publication Alpha, today announced the 2018 Hedge Fund Rising Stars, a list of up-and-comers in the hedge fund industry.

The Rising Stars represent people who work for hedge funds as well as people who work for allocators that invest in hedge funds. They are nominated by their colleagues and industry peers and will be honored at Institutional Investor’s 16th annual Hedge Fund Industry Awards gala dinner ceremony, taking place at the Mandarin Oriental in New York on Thursday, June 28.
