European mid-market buyout firm TDR Capital has hired David Melvin as a partner and head of investor relations, AltAssets reports. The appointment comes ahead of the firm’s expected launch of its third fund next year.
Melvin is a former Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML) executive. He was with the lender for 24 years, and has been co-head of the global financial sponsors team. He was also chairman of EMEA Financial Sponsors and Leveraged Finance.
