The California Public Employees’ Retirement System (CalPERS), with approximately $226 billion in assets, has named Carol Baldwin Moody as senior portfolio manager for investment compliance and operational risk. She will be in charge of developing, executing and supervising investment management compliance and operational risk programs and policies.
Most recently, Moody was with U.S. personal trust provider Wilmington Trust as senior vice president and chief risk officer, focusing on all aspects of risk management. Previously, she was chief compliance officer at Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association - College Retirement Equities Fund.
