PAI Partners, an European private equity firm, has named Charles Bouaziz, former CEO of PepsiCo Western Europe, as a partner. He will be working with the firm’s food and consumer goods sector team based in Paris and will also be in charge of PAI’s portfolio performance group.
Bouaziz joins PAI from French retailer Monoprix, where he was CEO. Earlier during his career, he also served at Procter & Gamble apart from PepsiCo in Europe.
