Jeff Gibbons has been appointed as managing director by Gleacher & Company Securities, a broker-dealer subsidiary of Gleacher & Co. Based in New York, investment grade sales professional Gibbons will work as co-head of investment grade credit along with Michael Voelker.
Gibbons joins independent investment bank Gleacher & Co. from full service, employee-owned investment dealer Citadel Securities, where he was head of investment grade sales. Along with Gibbons, Charles Borgioli, Keith Melchionni, David Patterson, Alexander Bates, John Kleinert and Nicole Dina will join the investment grade group in the firm’s New York City office.
