Global investment firm Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (KKR) has appointed Claire Scobee Farley and David Rockecharlie as managing directors. The duo will assume responsibilities from November 1. Farley and Rockecharlie join KKR from RPM Energy, which they co-founded and co-led.
RPM Energy is a privately owned oil and gas exploration and development company with which KKR teamed up in 2010 to spot opportunities to support exploration and production companies in the unconventional resource plays. These appointments mark the end of a separate build-up of RPM by KKR.
