Henderson Global Investors has bought the Galerie des Ailes shopping mall on the outskirts of Paris, France, and Real Hypermarket and Gallery in Dreieich, Germany, Europe Real Estate reports. The two purchases, totaling €100 million, have been made on behalf of the firm’s €930 million European Retail Property Fund – Herald.
The property in France, purchased from joint vendors Immobiliere Frey and LeClerc, is tenanted by Sport Direct, Espace Culturel and La Grand Recre, among others. Henderson’s advisers on the deals were Jones Lang LaSalle in France and WilmerHale in Germany.
