Rreef Real Estate is buying an office building in Sydney for a European institutional client, Property Magazine International reports. The deal is valued at nearly €63 million. Rreef is Deutsche Bank’s real estate investment unit.
The 14-story, grade A office building is situated in west Sydney. The property’s tenants include ING Bank (Australia).
