Tennessee-headquartered BPV Wealth Management, an independent, fee-based investment adviser, launched a pair of mutual funds this month, MutualFundWire reports. The BPV Core Diversification Fund and BPV Wealth Preservation Fund look to garner $30 million in assets under management within a couple of weeks.
ALPS Fund Services, now owned by DST Systems, is fund administrator, transfer agent and accounting services agent, while ALPS Distributors, also owned by DST, is fund distributor and Union Bank custodian. Deloitte & Touche is the independent registered public accounting firm and Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton legal counsel.
