Neena Prasad is joining Singapore Exchange, owner and operator of the only integrated securities and derivatives exchange in the city-state, as senior vice president and head of listings in India. She will head the exchange’s efforts in drawing listings from India to its international capital raising platform.
Prasad will be reporting to Lawrence Wong, executive vice president and head of listings. Most recently, Prasad was with New York–based securities firm Morgan Stanley in New Delhi. She also worked with global financial institutions such as GE Capital, Salomon Smith Barney/Citigroup and Bank of America Corp.
