Hines Global REIT has completed the acquisition of the Campus at Marlborough, a complex comprising three interconnected office buildings from Bel Marlborough I and Bel Marlborough II. Fully integrated real estate investment and management firm Hines will assume property management responsibilities on behalf of the buyer.
Completed in 1999, the two-, three-, four- and six-story buildings complex is 100 percent-leased on a long-term basis to tenants such as Hologic, Hewlett-Packard Development Co. and Wellington Management Co. Hines Global is a Houston-based, public, non-listed real estate investment trust.
