Phoenix-based bank consulting firm CCG Catalyst has expanded the risk and compliance practice with the appointment of James Defrantz and Wes Ware as practice group managers and senior consultants. CCG Catalyst, established in1998, is a provider of strategic guidance for banks, credit unions, mortgage lenders, captive finance companies and other organizations within the financial industry.
Defrantz was previously associated with the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, the Office of Thrift Supervision and OCC. Before joining CCG, Ware held roles at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, the Office of Thrift Supervision and the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta.
