ForwardThink Group, a management and IT consultancy, has expanded its compliance and risk practice for the financial services industry. The company will now offer end-to-end solutions, including business operations impact assessment, business services requirements definition, development of IT solution architecture, vendor selection and complete program and project management through to end-user implementation and adoption.
Alan Morley has been appointed to lead the practice. Previously, Morley worked with Adsideo, which he founded in 2009, and Sapient, where he helped grow the company’s consulting services. He was also with JPMorgan Chase & Co. as managing director of the company’s legal and compliance technologies group and with Capgemini in the U.K. as director of e-business.
