HPP Buys CIM Group Property For $93M

Hudson Pacific Properties has acquired a 12-story office building for $92.5 million.

Hudson Pacific Properties (HPP) has acquired a 12-story office building for $92.5 million, GlobeSt reports. The purchase includes assumption of a $42.2 million loan.

HPP bought the 6922 Hollywood Blvd.-located building, fully leased to an assortment of media, entertainment and retail tenants, from real estate investor CIM Group. The building has an average remaining lease term of nearly seven years.
