Vanguard Group has appointed Nick Pierce as head of fixed-income operations and Joy Yang as head of equities, Financial Times reports. Valley Forge, Pennsylvania-based Vanguard, is an investment management company and a provider of company-sponsored retirement plan services.
Pierce has worked at Barclays Global Investors and Gartmore. Yang has been with Barclays Global Investors, Scudder, Axa Rosenberg and Scottish Widows.
