Global investment management group Aberdeen Asset Management has expanded its multi-asset team with the appointment of Mark Parry as senior investment manager, Financial Times reports. Reporting to Mike Turner, head of global strategy and asset allocation, he handles the team’s range of multi-asset funds along with the firm’s nine member multi-asset team.
Parry joins Aberdeen from U.K.’s Close Brothers Group company Close Asset Management, where he was managing director and head of fixed income. Previously, he was associated with Schroders and Pimco Europe.
