Energy Investors Funds (EIF), a private equity fund manager that allocates to the U.S. energy and electric power sectors, has raised $1.713 billion for its eighth fund. The EIF United States Power Fund IV, which has already allocated nearly $350 million, has commitments from domestic and global limited partners including various pension plans and family offices among others.
Atlantic-Pacific Capital served as the international placement agent and advisor for the fund. The legal advisor to the investment vehicle was Bingham McCutchen.
