Consumer-focused buyout and growth equity firm Fireman Capital Partners has appointed Alison Kennedy as director of investor relations. She joins the Boston-based firm from independent global private equity investment management firm Adveq Management, where she was vice president, investor relations and business development.
In her role at Adveq, Kennedy was in-charge of leading institutional client acquisition and originating fundraising for the company’s own private equity fund of funds. She joined Adveq in 2007 from J.P. Morgan Investment Management, where she was vice president, portfolio manager in private equity fund of funds group.
