Helena-based the $12 billion Montana Board of Investments has selected state budget director David Ewer as executive director, Pensions & Investments reports. He will take up his new role from December 1.
Ewer takes over his new responsibilities from Carroll South, who is retiring on December 31. Ewer has been with the board for more than 19 years in various positions, including deputy director.
