Harrison Street Pays $125M For RE Portfolio

Harrison Street Real Estate Capital has acquired an eight-property senior housing portfolio located in and around Houston.

Harrison Street Real Estate Capital has acquired an eight-property senior housing portfolio located in and around Houston, REJournal.com reports. The portfolio, referred to as E-Quest Portfolio, involves TX MSA and Oklahoma City.

The Chicago, Illinois-based investment management firm has acquired the portfolio by paying $125 million on behalf of Harrison Street Real Estate Partners III. The portfolio, bought from affiliates of E-Quest Management, includes nearly 1,000 units and consists of Village on the Park – Houston, Village on the Park – Friendswood, and Village on the Park – Oklahoma City, among others.
