The $35.5 billion Los Angeles County Employees’ Retirement Association (Lacera), Pasadena, California, is seeking a housing consultant, Pensions & Investments reports. The consultant will assist in the liquidation of its single-family home-building program.
The housing program has a total investment of about $429 million, which includes equity and guaranteed debt. Lacera is expected to pick a consultant by the end of next month.
