Elizabeth Hachborn is retiring as executive director of the Stratford and Perth County Community Foundation in December Stratford Gazette reports. The foundation has more than $1 million in 33 endowed funds.

Hachborn came to the organization in July 2004. The foundation will begin looking for her replacement shortly.
